What we can actually help with

• Corrections. Something on the site is factually wrong or out of date. Include the page and a source, and it gets fixed.
• Questions the guides do not answer. If it is a common one, the answer usually ends up added to the relevant page.
• Reporting a scam. Phishing domains, fake giveaways or fraudulent code sellers targeting this niche. Useful for the scam breakdown.
• Editorial and press. Questions about methodology, ratings or how the site is funded.

What we will not do

We do not publish paid reviews, accept payment to change a rating, add unverified coupon codes, or place guest posts. Requests of that kind are not answered.

We also never ask for and will never accept credentials of any kind. Do not send us a seed phrase, a private key, a password, a two-factor code or an unredeemed gift card code. Anyone asking you for those things — including anyone claiming to be us — is attempting fraud.

Legal notices

Trademark or copyright concerns can be sent to the same address with the specific page and the nature of the issue. We respond to legitimate notices promptly. Note that this site uses the Bitrefill name descriptively, to identify the subject it reports on, and states clearly on every page that it is not the official website.
